Raman Patel

Foundations of legacy.
Raman Patel is the Chairman of Artha Hotels and a key figure behind its legacy. In the 1990s, he purchased and operated the Monterey Motel on New Kings Road in Jacksonville, Florida, where his children Amit, Chirayu, and wife Kanchan played integral roles in the family business. This experience shaped the Patel family’s deep-rooted understanding of hospitality.
Raman also purchased and developed land in Yulee, Florida, where he built a Comfort Inn with Choice Hotels in 1999, laying the groundwork for the company’s expansion.
Amit Patel
President & CEO

Amit Patel is the President & CEO of Artha Hotels, driving the company’s expansion with a focus on community growth and long-term success. Building on the foundation laid by his father, Raman Patel, Amit has overseen several key projects, including the conversion of the Comfort Inn in Yulee, FL, into a Marriott City Express and the upcoming Home2Suites project. He also worked alongside his father to build the Holiday Inn Express in 2007.
In 2024, Amit further expanded Artha Hotels with the opening of Tru by Hilton Jacksonville West, adding another landmark project to his growing portfolio.

Roshani Patel is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Artha Hotels, where she plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s operational excellence and long-term growth. She oversees all aspects of daily operations, from managing staff and brand standards to Revenue Management, Sales, and Compliance.
